After getting your confirmation payment, it may required maximum 48 hours to make it delivered. Before delivery Our delivery person will call you.

We do not delivery out side of Dhaka by ourselves. But we can sent any product via courier service any where in Bangladesh. In that case, customer is liable for carrying charge and liability.
Minimum 5000Tk. advance payment is required For an order from out side of Dhaka.
We are extremely sorry for saying that, we do not have no option for return, refund, exchange of our any product once delivered. So it is recommended to check your product properly during taking the delivery.
We provide Years Service warranty without parts. Customer have to bring the product physically at our shop. We will receive it for diagnostic, it may requires 7-15 days for the diagnostics result. After finding out the problem customer will provide the parts damaged and we will install it. Or we may purchase the parts on behalf of customer if it is ordered. Customer have to pay for the parts only not for the diagnosis and installing.
Service warranty does not cover any product’s parts warranty for a single day.
You can pay us in Cash/ Cards/ Cheque / Online Banking or Mobile Banking.
For card payment you will be charged 2.5% for AMEX, 1.5% Nexes, 2% for all other like VISA/Master/Omnibus/Q cash etc.
For online bank transfer there is no additional charge.
For Mobile banking method 2% will be charged.
